Welcome to PropertyButler.com.my (the "Website"), the Website for PB Property Butler Sdn Bhd (hereinafter known as "Property Butler").

Return and Refund Policy

No refunds shall be given once the Client has made the first deposit payment and given Property Butler all the signed authorization documents signifying the commencement of renovation work. Such documents shall include and are not limited to authorization letter for key collection and renovation permit application form.

Design and Conceptualization

Design and conceptualization is part of our services. Property Butler reserves the final authority on the overall design/theme and selection of color / fabric / material. All final design as aforesaid shall be deemed accepted by the Client and the variation in design shall not be a ground for termination or be subject to any claim for reduction in the agreed price or claim for damages or compensation by the Client.

Services Rendered and Payment

Services rendered will be limited to ONLY the scope of service(s) outlined in the Quotation, Sales Order and Invoice (collectively referred to as “Contract Agreement”). Any additional service requests will be outlined in a new Contract Agreement.

Total balance shall be paid upon completion of the job, payable to "PB Property Butler Sdn Bhd". Late payment charges shall be applied on any overdue amount at the rate of 10% per annum.
